Thorn Whip
Transmutation CantripStrike a target with a thorny whip, dealing 1d6 Piercing damage and pulling it 3m closer.
When to cast Thorn Whip
The pull is the whole point. Drag an enemy off a ledge, into a chasm, into your Spike Growth, or onto a fire surface, and a 1d6 cantrip suddenly does a great deal more than 1d6.
It is the classic partner for Spike Growth and any hazard on the ground: whip an enemy through it every turn for free damage. On a Druid it is one of the most useful cantrips in the game for exactly that reason.
